Refund policy

Online Home Decor Purchases:

Online home decor orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery of pick up for STORE CREDIT only. No exchanges can be made. All items must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Items that are received damaged, or incorrect item sent must include all original packaging with label. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item as inspected in store. Return to the store is the customer's responsibility. Please let us know if you received a damaged item, or an item other than what was ordered was received so that we can file a claim with our vendor.

We sure hope everything you ordered works out, but if for some reason you need to make a return, you may do so by bringing your purchase into the store.

NOTE: All clearance, custom items, textiles, wall art, and gift cards are final sale and ineligible for return.
