Your order will usually ship within a few days of order placement. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also monitor the status of your orders within the orders section of "My Account". Real Deals is proud to offer a large selection of products to our customers. We utilize distribution from around the globe. Depending on where your order ships from, it can take an extra few days to arrive.
In Store: All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Real Deals accepts merchandise that is not worn, altered or washed and we kindly ask that it is returned in its original packaging along with the tags attached to be eligible for store credit. Clearance, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Online: Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery per the tracking information on the order. Due to limited items and sizing, no exchanges can be made. All items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. Items that are received damaged, or incorrect item sent must include the original plastic outer bad with SKU label. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Please refer to the website to initiate a return using the return link. Approved returns may also be brought the store in the same condition as above to save on shipping. NOTE: All clearance, intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, pre-orders and accessories, and jewelry are final sale.

Once we receive your item in store, we will inspect the item(s). If approved for return, we will accept the items back and provide you with store credit.
